Founded in 1988, Motorsave has always prioritised customer service. Our approach goes beyond just vehicle repairs; we focus on looking after drivers too. From humble beginnings as a single mobile mechanic, Motorsave has grown into an authorised repairer for five major brands. Nearly four decades on, we now operate from our Swinton site, employing over ten skilled mechanics—many of whom have risen through our apprenticeship programme.
In 2009, we became an authorised Ford repairer, establishing ourselves as a trusted dealership within the network. Our commitment to keeping vehicles on the road was further recognised in 2020 when we became a Ford Commercial Vehicle Authorised Repairer. We expanded in 2019 by adding Fiat Professional, maintaining the high standards of service we’re known for.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our role in supporting the North West Ambulance Service, which operates Fiat vans, became crucial—ensuring ambulances remained operational when they were needed most. In 2024, we strengthened our commitment to the Stellantis network by adding Vauxhall, Citroën, and Peugeot LCV to our portfolio, expanding our expertise to cover over half of all vans on UK roads.
