What’s included in a service?
A service helps keep your car in peak condition. At a minimum, we’ll replace your engine oil and filter to prevent wear. Depending on your vehicle and service level, we may also replace the pollen filter, air filter, fuel filter, or spark plugs. These parts can become clogged over time, reducing efficiency.
We also carry out a thorough health check, including brakes, tyres, and checking for leaks. If anything else needs attention, we’ll contact you first—and you can spread the cost (up to £5,000, interest-free over 9 months) with Bumper.

How often do I need an MOT?
Your vehicle needs its first MOT when it’s three years old, then annually. It ensures your vehicle meets legal safety and environmental standards.
Do you perform warranty repairs for other vehicle makes or third-party warranty providers?
As an authorized repairer for Ford and Stellantis LCVs, we are fully equipped to carry out warranty repairs on these vehicles. However, we are unable to perform warranty repairs on other makes or through third-party warranty providers, such as the RAC or Warrantywise.
Are you able to work on my electric vehicle?
Yes, we can repair electric vehicles! At Motorsave, we offer a full range of services for electric vehicles, carried out by our trained technicians who specialize in electric vehicle maintenance. We use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, servicing equipment, and genuine parts to ensure your electric vehicle runs smoothly and efficiently. Plus, we support the manufacturer’s Traction Battery warranty to give you peace of mind. Whether it’s routine servicing or specific repairs, you can trust us to keep your electric vehicle in top condition.
What size motorhome can you work on?
We can work on motorhomes up to 8 metres in length.
Do you offer habitation servicing?
No—we focus on mechanical servicing for motorhomes. For habitation checks, you’ll need to visit a specialist.
What documents do I need to take a courtesy vehicle?
You will need to bring in your driver’s license, national insurance number and insurance details. Many comprehensive car insurance policies include courtesy car cover as standard.
What is the maximum distance you will collect?
We have a maximum range of 10 miles for collection and delivery.
